Knya keeps browser storage to a minimum. We do not use advertising cookies or sell data to ad networks.

Strictly necessary

  • Session token — keeps you signed in between visits. Removing it signs you out.
  • Security tokens — protect sign-in and payment return flows from tampering.

Preferences

  • Onboarding answers and personalization (goals, life stage, tone).
  • Privacy consent switches that control what the assistant may reference.
  • Notification and push-reminder settings.

Analytics

We record a small number of product events (chat opened, check-in started, waitlist joined) to understand which features help. These events are not linked to advertising profiles.

Managing storage

You can clear cookies and site data at any time from your browser settings. Doing so signs you out and resets local preferences; data saved to your account remains available after you sign back in.
