Refunds & Cancellations

A consultation booking with Dr. Neha Patel is charged at ₹700 (INR) per session. Chat with the Knya assistant, trackers, calculators, and community access are free.

Payment is collected through our hosted checkout partner. A booking becomes confirmed only after the payment is verified server-side.

• Cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 12 hours before your appointment.
• Cancellations within 12 hours of the slot are not eligible for a refund, as the clinician time is reserved.
• If the clinician cancels or is unable to attend, you receive a full refund or a free reschedule — your choice.

Approved refunds are initiated within 3 business days and typically reach the original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Duplicate or failed-but-debited payments are refunded in full once reconciled, without needing a request.

Email info@nevika.co from your registered email or phone number with your booking reference (starts with KNYA-). We respond within 2 business days.

• Sessions already attended or completed.
• No-shows without prior cancellation.
• Dissatisfaction with clinical advice that was correctly delivered — please raise a concern instead so we can review it.
