1. Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Knya.ai (the "Service"). Knya.ai is a product of Nevika Innovations Private Limited, owned, operated and provided by Nevika Innovations Private Limited ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or otherwise accessing the Service you accept these Terms.

2. Not medical advice

Knya.ai is a wellness companion. Nothing in the Service constitutes medical, psychological or therapeutic advice, diagnosis or treatment. The Service is not a crisis line. If you are in crisis, please contact a qualified clinician or your local helpline.

3. Your account

You are responsible for the credentials you use to access the Service and for the activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 16 years old (or the local age of digital consent) to use Knya.ai.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service to harm yourself or others.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape or disrupt the Service.
• Do not upload content that infringes a third party's rights.

5. Content and intellectual property

You retain ownership of the content you submit (journals, voice notes, documents). You grant us a limited licence to process that content solely to provide the Service to you. The Knya.ai name, the flower mark, the wordmark, and the design system are the intellectual property of Nevika Innovations Private Limited (Nevika Innovations Private Limited).

6. Subscriptions and payments

Where the Service offers paid plans, terms of payment, renewal and cancellation are shown at the point of purchase. Refund eligibility follows the policy disclosed at checkout.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Service settings.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nevika Innovations Private Limited's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amounts you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or USD 50, whichever is greater.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
